Resolved Clutch Pedal Not Returning After Rebuild

I just put a new bushing in the pedal assembly and not it doesn't come up all the way to the pedal stop. Did I put the spring on the wrong way or something stupid? The master isn't bolted up or anything the assembly is just sitting there in the correct position. It doesn't do this outside the car. When I put the assembly in, it was completely against the stop. Then I pushed the pedal down and pulled it up and it went to that position. It did this 2 times.

Lol already resolved. The clutch pedal clevis was resting against the top of the spring, so it could not return.

It sounds like I am having the same issue as this. Just pulled out the pedal assembly again and can't see any issues.
