Clutch help?

Ok I'm posting this thread for a buddy of mine. He's deciding between a Ralco stage 1, or a F1 stage 1. Any thoughts and opinions I'm not familiar with either one of these clutches. I'm an ACT fan myself.

It's a post for my buddy, I use act, he's looking at the other 2, so I'm trying to find info on them from somebody who's run them.
