2G Clutch dragging

I currently have a clutch dragging issue, it grinds in all gears trying to put it in. It happened once slightly for a few seconds and then a day later fully immobilized my car.

I have so far replaced slave cylinder and bled multiple times. Does anyone know what could be going on? Master cylinder is already on the way. I have a video of inside my clutch of the throw out bearing being pressed.
