I finally have everything ready to go on this car 4 years later and ready to drop in in storage just in time to leave for basic training. I back it out of the garage and it rolls out great clutch engagement is about half and it went into Reverse with no issues.
Now going forward is a completely different feel, It has no issues going into any of the gears but when I put it in first and let the clutch out the car shakes and wants to die out and if you don't stay on the clutch while its rolling it will just bog down and shut off. It did this for 3 different people in 1st and second but everyone said reverse felt great like a gear is supposed to.
I have an act 2100 pp with a street disc with under 3k on it I bought it from a friend
New
TOB
Clip
Fork
Pivot ball
carquest parts master and slave
braided clutch line
I have backed out the cruise switch and tried adjusting the car via the Jacks Transmission video it helped out a little bit but it still smells of nasty burning clutch.
Now here is another problem with the switch backed out of the pedal bracket where the master meets the pedal isn't long enough and it i thread it to far out it will just fall off. So not the smartest idea I've had but I got some threaded rod and a longer nut and bolted it onto the master readjusted everything and it felt great.
No when its in 1st and you let the clutch out it begins to roll but then feels like it's binding and doesnt want to move without a lot of force. I had the car jacked up on all 4's and let the clutch out in first and everything spun freely and there were no issues or noises of distress 2nd was also the same way jacked up.
So in short when the car is under load it feels like its dragging and binding, I swear I bled the crap out of the system. Does it sound like it needs another bleed or a new transmission.
Thanks, Adam
