420A Clapping sound At max boost

I really dont know how to explain how this sound is but ummmmmmm maybe like a louder sparking sound like when you ark a plug test but alot louder any ways i hear that sound when driving and hitting max boost (8lbs) , it' fine building boost but when hitting max boost it starts to clap I guess you would call it, but when parked it won' make the sound At all so it's only under load,
