chunky grinding noise by the front passenger wheel area

hello everybody, I am new to the dsm family. Anyway my problem is that i don't know exactly what is causing the most annoying chunky grinding noise coming from the front passenger wheel area. I lifted the car up and rotated the front wheel and it does not make the grinding noise, so i lifted up the entire car cause its awd, turned it on and put it in second gear @ idle and the noise is horrible. I don't know if its the transmission or the transfer case or the cv i have know idea and it sucks.... also my turbo is leaking alot of oil, i constantly am topping the oil off.

Could it be a wheel bearing?

I have know idea, what should i do first to narrow down the problem ?
