Here is how to fill that hole for a few bucks instead of paying upwards of $15 for the honda rubber plug. This was done on a 1995 GST.
First remove your wiper and motor by opening the cap, removing the 10mm nut and the 3 bolts under your trunk. you will be left with this 24mm hole.
Next go to your hardware store of choice (I went to Lowe's, home depot should also work) and pick up a 1 inch nylon plug this one came in a pack of two for less than $3. You may have to sand the inner edge down in order to make the plug fit.
You can paint your plug like I did mine then mix up some epoxy (I used JB weld). coat the edges of the hole and your plug and slowly stick it in and then wipe up any excess. make sure you have a smooth edge to create a good seal against rain.
I am overall happy with the results.
