new alternator, new battery and my wipers still are slow and the car close to not starting.
75watt alternator
any clue as what it could be?

Are your terminal clamps clean? my friends eclipse had corrosion on his and wouldn't even charge the battery. also he a new alt. but it was shot from the time we bought it. i heard that dsm alt. are hard to find a good one on ur first try...idk mine is stock from 93 and still pumping 14.6 v hopefully it might help u out

Did you check the alternator fuse?
What's your battery voltage at idle?

did you check your grounds? i had 12.3V and my car would barely turn over. i cleaned everything up real well and it was all good.
