charging issues

so i have a 95 eagle talon tsi i have replaced my alternator 5 times with in the year because the voltage regulator fails but they was a reman so i just bought a brand new acdelco alt and put it in a couple days ago and it worked fine for day one the second day i watched my volts drop from 14.1 to 13.5 to 12.9 to 12.0 thats at idle but if im driving it sticks around 13.6 to 13.8 sometime it will go to 14.1 but in the morning when i start the car my volts drop to 11.3 volts and spins slow and also when its cold out side my belt sequels tell i rev it up a little and it stops it does it kinda tell the car is warm but i looked at the belt its still feels like the belt should and theres no cracks or anything so please help me fix this oh and i have new battery connections.

Check if PS pump is dripping fluid onto the alt which will definitely kill it.

Then check if you have a short which is burning up alts.

update: so this morning the car was like dead it had only 9 volts so had to jump it but i did a little test i pulled a the positive wire off the battery and the car stayed running fine but volts kept flexing between 12.5 to 13.8 which i figured would do since it cant read the battery how much to charge you can correct me if im wrong but im pretty sure the battery is not holding the charge for long because it got cold last night and battery went dead and i know the battery is not the right one it has only 400 cold cranking amps and i have not found any shorts and i dont see any steering fluid on the alt.
