Do you get on the link forums at all? Did you read the wiki on there. Did you know if you don't know what you adjust you can cause detonation bad enough to damage your motor?
What AFR are you running at WOT, what fuel are you using, meth/water injection? What's your knock reading at already?
These are all factors that play into adjusting your timing which you need to be aware of.
The DA table is there ideal place to adjust timing.
