CEL Light DTC Code

i have a CEL light on for three different codes. The first one is Fuel Trim Malfunction (Bank 1) I've had this code ever since i got my car back on the road, the only thing i could think of is that maybe because of my EGR delete that maybe its throwing that code as well as a EGR Malfunction code. The car runs and drives fine as far as i can tell and i didn't have a cylinder misfire code. The second code that i have is Closed Loop Fuel Control Insufficient Coolant Temperature, I'm not leaking any coolant and all my lines are connected so I'm not sure whats causing this. My car idles fine at about 1,000 rpms. My third code is a Manufacture Specific Code P01500, I'm not sure why im throwing this code because i don't even know what it is.

Technically, and quite possibly, these codes are all interrelated. Now I know any code about P01000 is a manufacture code, and it mostly likely is a repeated code. These codes can be related just by nature: EGR malfunction causes a Fuel Trim Error which then causes the Closed Loop operation to fail because the Temp never reaches the limit.
