car wont turn on (SEARCHED) HELP daily driver

I have a 95 eclipse gsx. It was working fine with no problems at all, i went and took my car to the car wash and came home. 2 hours later i went out to start my car for work and it wouldnt even turn over. It doesnt try and turn over, the starter doesnt click, it doesnt do anything. There is a brand new battery in it and the starter was replaced not to long ago. I checked my fuses and this is weird, half of the fuses dont work so i replace them with brand new ones and they still dont work. all of my lights and accessories work it just wont turn on

any suggestions? please help

check the ground to the firewall and the ground to the trans, I had a similar issue with my car.

Check the main relay. Also all the grounds. Look for any exposed wires that shouldn't be. Sounds like you may have shorted something after the car wash. Look for anything unusual around the battery and starter. If all else fails bust out the multimeter and start doing continuity checks.

+1 check battery grounds had the same problem and needed a new neg cable

well im pretty sure that its not the cables because they appear to be in good condition, could they just go bad ?

If it is indeed that your starter is new, then I would say check your fuses first.

The starter could have also went out too if it isn't that new. Can't you bring your starter too an autoshop like autozone or like advance auto to test your alternator, starter, and battery.

I'm going to say your fuses.

alternator is brand new, battery is brand new, but i am going to try and take the starter out again and get that tested. i just hope im not haveing any electrical issues
