2G Car smoking

When the car gets normal temperature my car when I come to a stop stars smoking but when I drive it doesn't smoke what could this be the reason very worried

I get it fix, is not doing that no more. I just need a a oil change bad.

It's usually never rings / bottom end, it's usually always either the valve seals/guides or turbocharger.

Sounds like a bad turbo seal and the Thicker oil with additives is the bandaid
