the WB is reading 16 on idle, but o2 volts is cycling good.when i lock it in open loop mode the WB reads 13-14 on idle and in the 13 when i hold it at 2000 rpms.i try to up the injector deadtime but it only made a diff on 375-405. the WB reads 14-15 (more in the 14s),but deadtime to hi i think.i try to set global fuel to -10, deadtime to 225 same 14-15.the com reads to much fuel and takes away some. the global fuel it is set to -18.4 and 210 deadtime when the car is moving WB reads 15-16 up to 4000 rpm then it drops to 13-14 but only at 4000+ rpm. what should i do?
the logs with me making the adjustments got deleted some how this log is WB at 16 only

What I did was set the global to my appropriate injector size as well as the deadtime for my injectors. Then I adjusted my 50 hz slider in the Maf comp. tab until I had a good idle with the right AirFlowPerRev. Worked pretty good for me. I have V2.5 but I also downloaded the V3 software. I did this mainly so I can use the MAFCOMP. tool after a good datalog so it will plot the suggested Maf settings for me. Worked really well.

Are you running evo 560's ? if so they flow more like 545 cc's. so you could comp your injectors to match. zero out the dead time, and then move your maf comp sliders at the 0 and 50 hertz scale to get your airflow per rev down to around 0.23 to 0.27 . 0.25 is what your shooting for and then adjust your dead time up or down to get your combined fuel trim as close to 0 percent as possible. plus or minus 5% is usually acceptable. do this idling in the drive way with the engine at full operating temp. once you do that take it for a drive and keep it in closed loop. for ten to fifteen minutes . then you can use the maf comp tool by bringing up your 15 min log and right click then select maf comp adjust and use the template they suggest. that should get your base tune on a roll . i hope this helps

hi i have fic 550, my global fuel is set to -18.4 but the the computer reads too lean and adds fuel (over 10% combined FT).when i logged and adjust maf comp but i think the adjustments are to hi.i put the global fuel to -14.5 and the computer reads better with just under 10%combined FT.
i logged the -14.5 first at 1g hacked then made my adjustments
the -18.4 log has the -14.5 adjustments but i made the maf comp adjustments after.should i ues the fuel on -18.4 or -14.5?
the setting files have the adjustments that i made after logging and tuning.
i think that why when i put the car in open loop mode it runs lean (17+ on the WB)on -18.4.got to late to try -14.5 in open mode.
can someone help me....
post will not let me post the logs and setting i can send u it

To post a log you use the

and select the log file from there, real easy.

Watch these demo videos and I think you'll basically answer your own question since its a step by step on getting your CombinedFT and AirflowPerRev set for your injectors.
