It started up and I was warming it up and it died because it wasn't warm like normal . Only idles when warm . Wouldn't turn back over today sounded like it wanted to but wouldn't , going to check the plugs today and just get new ones . What does everyone like to run ? Also of its not ignition , I have newer 1050 injectors and rewired Walbro . fuel lab 1/1 fuel pressure regulator . If this doesn't work I will be stumped .

Are you saying that the starter motor won't operate? Is it a stick or an auto? I had this problem out if the blue on my '90 Talon which is a stick. I removed the starter and tested it with jumper cables and it worked fine. I put it back on and still just "click" but no starter operation. After 2 days I got under the dash and found the rubber button that pushes in on the clutch switch was missing (on the floor, in 3 pieces). I physically pushed in on the switch with my finger and had my son try to start it and viola, it started right up. So you can either fix the problem which is the rubber button or do like I did and unhooked the clutch switch like a lot of other DSMers do to help prevent crank walk and it starts fine now. I don't know if this applies to your problem but am putting it out there to save time and frustation for others. Hope this helps or at least eliminates one thing. Good luck. Keep us updated.

Everything turns over , I don't hear the fuel pump so Sounds like a fuel pump relay to me .

Sorry man. When I read your thread you said it wouldn't turn over so I was trying to save you the 2 days it took me to find my problem. Try a jumper wire straight to the fuel pump and see if she starts. You should hear the pump come on immediatly. If you hear it come on then you may have a burnt out relay or bad connection, either ground on the relay or power to the relay. Did you say it has a pump rewire kit on it, if so check that relay for operation. I'm trying. I'm new with these myself but learning.

Yes it's rewired , I will try that but I'm sure the rewire is good . I think water may have gotten into the relay itself .
