For some reason i can start my car just fine while other times i turn the key and it just click then try again click and some times takes about 10 times before it will start. What could cause this? So far what i have done was 1.Unplug the Nurt Safety Switch 2. put a brand new starter in 3. checked the starter wires. So i dont know what else could cause it not to start every time... any ideas?

Ive had that problem on another car and it was the crank angle sensor. It also sounds like a bad ground wire.

That used to happen to me. It turns out that the ground to my battery was loose. I have my battery relocated into the trunk and I guess it just came loose after awhile. Check that if you haven't already :dsm: Good luck!

I have similar issues. Its most likely a bad wire/bad connection. check the wire that "plugs into" the side of the starter. The clip on mine was hanging on to the wire by a thread.
