car not starting but turning over

hey guys i got everything pluged in full of fluids sparkplug wires routed right, but the car only wines out, like attempts to start but doesnt catch. im getting spark to the spark plugs and i put starter fluid in the throttle body and well that ended in flames and me blowing it out soo i know theres spark but it just wont start up any help would be greatly appreciated thanks guys

Engine 20amp fuse? I don't understand that part.

Disable ignition and take out one plug/wire

the thread said cause there was no mpi fuse so it said take the engine fuse out

ooo yea all the valves are bent thanks alot guys for all the help i really appreciate it, hopefully will have it back on tom got a buddy work iing on the valves right now along with surfacing the block and then dipping it in his tank at the shop

ouch, glad you found the problem now...usually if its 0 across the board thats a sign of problems...unless your doing the test wrong...
