I think my clutch may be slippin but just want to know what you guys think this might be. My car is boosting fine but I don't feel the power. It's like it wants to go but cant. The clutch is practically brand new installed it just a month ago its a ACT 2600, so I dont think that this is the problem. If it's not the clutch what else could it be? Thanks guys

More details.

You could of installed the clutch wrong.

The clutch was not installed by me not that mechanically inclined I had it installed by a shop. They are a good shop "Luna performance". The clutch feels good though, feels like it is grabbing on ok. I'm thinking it might be my throttle, peddle feels different kinda soft. I'm going to check that tomorrow. Just wanting to know what else it could be so I dont waste money taking it to a shop and doing some clutch work.

If your clutch was slipping the it would just rev when you give it gas until it stopped slipping I believe. Have you done a boost leak test. You say it's boosting fine, but are you judging that by the factory, useless, boost gauge, or an aftermarket one?

Just saying "It's like it wants to go but can't" is kind of vague, can you give some more details of what is going on when "it wants to go" like noises or observations on the gauges.

Well right now I dont have a aftermarket boost gauge so I am kinda winging it with the factory gauge. The car does not make any kinda noises. And according to the factory boost gauge it is boosting. Car still has power to it but its not the same, when I was driving I was at WOT usually car is spinning tires in first and second gear. There was just a little wheel spin in first. Sorry that I said it so vague just that's how it feels. Oh and no I have not gotten the chance to do a boost leak test yet, its already night and it just started doing this. I'll get to it in the morning.
