I dont know where to begin..... Was driving the car it back fired and shut down..... Broken timing belt...... YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!..... took off the head and found no damage to pistons (got lucky)... Rebuilt the head due to broken rockers bent valves.

The part that i dont know what to do with is I found that my oil pump will only turn with a wrench WTF. what should i do?

Okay, I'm probably completely wrong on this, but could it be related to your balance shafts? I think the connect to your oil pump (based solely on reading BS removal threads), and if something got bent when the timing belt broke, that might be binding up your pump. I know people remove the BS to decrease engine inertia but also so that the BS belt can't take out your timing belt if it breaks...maybe the opposite can happen?

your oil pump should be able to turn by hand. It is possible that your bs belt broke but its more possible that your oil pump needs to be lubed or its starting to sieze in a way, either way, take that bi*** out and check.
