car idles at 500-600 rpms

So this is what i did to the car
rebuilt turbo
new oil and filter
new battire
new spark plugs
new alt belt

now cars running at 500-600 rpms as befor it was at about 1k-1.1k
91 tsi awd

I would first test you ISC, then possiblly adjust the biss the BISS screw.

Whenever you change something in the engine, you have to reset the BISS.
1G BISS Adjustment
Pull out those gator clips buddy!

If you're idling low but steady you're in a much better boat than I (and lots of others!) are. Follow the BISS guide above and you should be good to go. Don't skip the alligator clips!

so from what i read i need to clean my throttle body or should i just ground it all and mess with the BISS?
