car idles at 1200

ive had an idle problem for months. parked it and just kept trying to fix it. the only thing left i can think that it might be is the throttle body shaft seals but the throttle body is rebuilt and bored to 90mm. new sensors, new gaskets with gasket sealer and the new biss screw with cap. the other i think it might be is the injector could be stuck open. need input please

Stock throtlebody bored to 90mm? It's not possible to bore it out that much.

i dont think its your injectors, bc it would just run real rich. It would hesiatate to go. Mine use to idle real low like 350-500 rpms till I adjusted the Idle Speed Screw to get a higher idle. In your case look for the ISC motor, Biss screw, Tps, or just adjust the throttle cable on top of the intake, run some test and get back to us.

yes. adjusted all that already. tested the sensors. played with the biss screw. backed the throttle stop out all the way and played with the tension on the cable. and sorry i ment 60mm** same size as the 1g throttle bodies.

Can you physically move the throttle body back when the car is running?

i used to be able to but i loosened up the 10mm and 12mm nuts on each side of the throttle body shaft because i thought it might be holding the plate open. helped a little.

here's a video of the idle. im out of ideas. completely lost. Ive done everything i can think of. if you have anymore ideas please shoot some my way.

Symptoms: its sounds like its miss firing and the idles jumps up and down at 1200 to 1400. idles at 1000 once and a while. i can rev it to about 2000 and the car just about stalls out. and the injectors tick.

not to keep bumping my thread but i figured out the leak finally. made a leak test with a pvc cap, t2small boost tap and a coupler. it worked. there was a leak from my dejon dual mbc. one of the fittings have a HOLE blowing air straight out?? i fixed all the piping, throttle body, sensors, vac lines, injector seals thinking they were the problem.
