Cannot Find Power Steering Oil Pump Pulley Torque Specs.

I am putting the p/s pulley back on its pump after doing the timing. I searched online and my FSM but I cannot find the proper torque spec of the nut that goes over the pulley. Does anyone know? When I took it off it wasn't too tight..
