can use 16g on 14b part

Hello guys local guy by me selling mhi 16g pics of it below. Is not complete. Was wondering if the the part that missing that bolts to the manifold of 14b turbo can be use without any mods to it. Direct fit and swap. Or are there any other parts missing. Running 97 tsi awd link v2. Stock injectors but have denso 720cc waiting on fuel pump,fpr

I cant read the numbers but that looks like a 14b not 16g Icould be wrong but every 16g ive had had way less blades on compressor wheel like pic attached is e3 16g

That's a 14B.

No the wheel is bigger too jusmx im sure can explain further if u need it as he rebuilds turbos all the time
