When I was searching forums last night, I saw that when O/D gives out, the car imitates like it is in neutral and revs high, but won't convert the power to the wheels.

Pls someone explain this to me... Because I found this is what mine is doing. I'll just be cruising along and then all of a sudden it's just revs. O/D is on at all times (switched on i mean) Only does it pretty much "4th" or O/D. So what I do is put the car into 2nd gear, it catches fine and then shift it back into drive and it works fine again. Both times it has done this my stereo was up loud. Could my system be affecting the TCU? Is my O/D gone?

This tranny shifts a little hard but it doesn't slip at all any other time.

Pls don't give me "Take your system out". Thank you, this would be great appreciated otherwise it goes in Autotrader tonight and I say forget this and buy a daily driver and do my 1g project down the road. PLEASE someone give me some insight.

Yes, I searched I took the quote from the other one but I didn't think anyone would post in it considering it was on a different issue.

sounds like you end clutch is going or gone...try switching off o/d for a couple of days and you may answer your on question....sounds like the end clutch to me though..
