1G Cam Gear Wobble?

I am a noob to these cars. I replaced the timing components and it seems the the intake cam gear is wobbling slightly? Is this normal or did I f something up? It also sounds like some slight grinding or whistling noise is coming from that cam. Is it possible I’d need to retorque it or maybe too much belt tension?

I'd pull the caps on that side, check if there's any unusual wear

Looks normal to me. I also torqued everything again to make sure.
