:thumb: FYI. This is some info I was looking for and thought it might be useful to someone else. I just replaced my CAS o-ring (gasket) because it was leaking oil. I found it in an o-ring kit I bought from Harbor Freight. I used some plumbers lube (Home Depot) to ensure a good seal. No more oil leaks.

CAS o-ring size is P30 (w=3.5mm, ID=29.7mm)

Felpro o-ring #420 is the right one for the CAS as well.

Autozone also sells a small pack of "Distributor O-rings". There is one in there that fits perfectly and has worked for me. It come sin a pack of 8 I believe, varying in sizes. It's never a bad thing to have a few extra o-rings laying around.

Does anybody have the actual part number?

I noticed that the OEM o-ring is more squared the round. I tried a few round o-rings but they all still leak.

P/N sent to me by JNZ today for the CAS o-ring is MD622021.

Just FYI for future searchers.

Edit; Extreme PSI shows MD619648. Weird.
