Just went to install my bullfab crossmember and it doesn’t line up very good. I could probably get the front bolts in if I pulled it over and pushed up but there is no way I’ll get the mount bolt in. The factory one bolts on and lines up perfect. I messsged bullfab a couple days ago but haven’t recieved a response. Just wondering if anyone else has had issues or am I doing something wrong?

What motor mounts are you running?
Is the bar full bolted up with the other bolts?

I have torque solution motor mounts. The rear bolts for the cross member are threaded in but not tightened down. The factory crossmember goes in perfect so I know the engine sits where it should. The BF one I can get the front bolts in if I force it into place but still wouldn’t be able to get the motor mount bolt close enough.

Certainly dont seem right, i got one but not a bulfab, i have seen many use the bukfabs without issues so their jig must be right? Have you tried to put the front roll stop bolt in first then the rear then front?

I’ve tried every way to bolt it in without any luck. There is no way I can get the motor mount bolt in without taking the other mounts out and then I would have the same problem getting the bolts back into those since this bulfab one is so far out of whack. I’m about to just order the front torque solutions roll stop and put the factory crossmember back in. I’m just very disappointed with this expensive paper weight I have.

It is a bit odd its not fitting, i got a truestreet one and that was tight but did go in after a small fight,
Only thing i can think of is maybe the front or rear mount brackets on the car are different? I remember seeing someone not long ago say they had 2 brackets that were ever so slightly different. If so they may have the jig made up from the other mounts.

Sorry im not much more help then this, sucks it has done this and try getting in touch on facebook,

So far I’ve tried to get ahold of him through his website and FB. If I don’t get a response by Monday I’ll try the phone number listed and finally email. His last FB post was April of 2018 so I hope he is still in business.

Looking at the 3rd picture, looks pretty close man. You might have to place a scissor jack under there and lube the center mount.

I was thinking but forgot to ask, what are you supporting the front end with? Or just jacks on the side skirt pinch welds near the fenders? Ahh I see.

Yeah man, put a jack under that bad boy and crank it up.

Also email them immediately if that doesn't work. Place a call in the morning on monday as well.

I have the same bullfab mount. I used a jack to keep it in place tight then i put all the bolts loosely n then tighten them after they were all in place.

Just wanted to update this in case anyone has a similar issue in the future. I got in touch with bulfab and we came to the conclusion that my torque solutions motor mounts are the issue. I don’t know if the engine sags a bit with the stock rubber mounts or what but it was about a bolt hole off. I could get the engine to move about 1/3 of a hole using a jack and a 1 ton come along but no chance of getting a bolt through. He offered to modify it for my for free so I shipped it back to him today.
