Ok guys, just looking for some input and thoughts on my build so far. I recently had 2 seizures which stopped me from driving for 6 months so in the garage the ole girl went. I have a 1990 Eclipse GST that is under the knife right now. Any suggestions or opinions are welcome. This will be my dd and will not see the track. My goal is around 300-350 hp. Motor has a stock block 180K miles(I know high) great compression, stock rebuilt head with 3G lifters, brand new timing set and water pump. Right now the valve cover is off getting powder coated. Intake manifold is off getting powder coated and drilled/tapped for aem map sensor. Mods are:

Big 16g
3G lifters
FP race manifold
Ported o2 housing
3" downpipe
3" catback exhaust
VRSF fmic
ECM link v3 lite
AEM wideband
Autometer cobalt boost and oil psi gauges
MBC
Running Speed density setup

AFPR
Is there anything that I may be missing or suggestions? I am trying to do this right. I know it will probably not last too long with 180K on the block, but then I will have a reason to replace it with a new one. I will be getting a spare block to build as well.
 
Your build looks great!
Triple check that all maintenance is done before throwing more power down.
With putting more power down it puts more wear on the clutch and flywheel so it might be a good idea to also replace that. Also members have said that is a good investment to upgrade to dsmlink v3 full not lite if you can afford it.

Nice build I think a way to tune is great using link you can use any setup once you have that in my opinon. Gotta start somewhere glad I got mine im learing more about it and its fun and for the most part easy to use.
 
Bummer about the seizures my bro just had one while driving..scary stuff
I know its your dd but get some good tires cause 350hp fwd is a tire burning machine
 
^^^I am going to get new wheels and tires. Just got Eibach sportlines used for 65 bucks shipped to my door :) Now I need some kyb agx. Also getting the gsx or talon bumpers, I hate the gst ones. I will be posting pics up eventually.
 
If you're FWD, you should go with an electric boost controller/V3 full and use link to control it so you can have the power come on gradually.

That FP manifold isn't really needed, but will help if you have the money for it.

I just removed my agx and eibach pros. Worst ride ever.
 
Ive run sportlines on hondas and my old 1g awd had agx too. Seems like some guys hate agx and others like them. I used to like them.

instead of kyb agx you should look at the koni's.

They can be revalved and I dont think the agx's can, I may be wrong but I honestly dont like my agx's that much.

I heard the konis are better but us 1g guys are out of luck
