Injector Thoughts

Well I just sold my 750's so I could go bigger and I figured I'd see what you guys suggest. The car will mostly like be on pump 90% of the time. I plan on in the future flowing around 55-65 lbs (30r-FP3065). Meth. Injection will be used also. I've got link so I figure that the FIC 1050cc should do the job but was unsure if I'd be better off with 1000cc, 1050, 1150cc. Thanks for your time and thoughts.

FIC 1150's or RC PL9 1200's, I would go as big as possibly without getting into the 1600's.

I second FIC 1150's. I just picked up a set from ImportEvolution - for a great price too!

I'd skip the 1000's, they are supposed to be abit over rated & the flow pattern isn't as good. I just picked up a set of FIC's new 1050 injectors, which have a custom flow matched single hole for the outlet. These have an even better flow pattern as can be seen below (950's or 1000's on left 1050's on right) & will flow what there rated for, if not abit more. I'm not sure if the 1150's are the same deal as these.....

According to FIC's website, the 1150's are also a custom made injector.

There's some good reading for you. The 1150's have the wider spray pattern just like the 1050's.

I think they are overrated too. Literally. With my FIC 1000cc injectors, I had to set my global in the 900-950cc range to satisfy my fuel trims. Not that 950s arn't enough and I DO have an AFPR, but I bought injectors wit suposedly 1000cc of flow. . . The spray pattern has no affect on my 750 rpm idle, at least.

But definately would rather of had the biggest: 1150s. They all idle fine. And though the spray pattern may not affect idle, why not get the best you can get since the price is similar. . . Though I cannot get FIC's website to work for me right now.
