I just wanted to get some opinions to make sure what Im going to order is gonna do what I am expecting. I would appreciate all the info an advice I can get since I want to do it right the 1st time. So heres the deal.

I'm have a mostly stock 2gb that I am trying to make some more hp where I can. I am looking at getting a 14b turbo and the install kit to replace my stock t25. I would normally just go straight to a 16g but I cant afford all the supporting mods required at the moment but I would like to have a little more power in the mean time. To my knowledge ( correct me if I'm wrong) I should be able to drop the 14b and run it around 15psi without problem. That should run better than the T25. I eventually plan on upgrading to a wally 190 but probably a 255. Anyone see an holes in my plan? Thanks for reading and please comment.

yes, you can run a 14b at 15(ish)psi, on stock fuel system. I would also look into a hard intercooler piping, and opening your exhaust up, if you haven't already done so.

A 16g will work fine for your set up . that way if or when you upgrade your injector size you can just turn up the boost and do a little tuning.

I'm not saying that you would be able to run the same pressure. because the 16g will flow more cfm of air than the 14b at the same psi. but you can run off of wastegate pressure and you shouldn't have any problems. i ran a 16g on 450's at 12 pds for 6 months without any problems, then switched to evo 560's. i loved the setup once i upgraded the injectors and fuel pump.

Honestly theres no point in investing to a 14b and a 190 pump. Keep your car the way it is and save up so your not wasting money on buying more than one turbo or pump. All thats left for your supporting mods are the injectors, fuel pump, some kind of exhaust, the turbo, and maybe a FMIC. thats about it. The exhaust you can just make yourself a 3" Turbo back with any exhaust tip for like 140$ at a weld shop, a new 255lph walboro is going to run you around $80 and injectors im not entirely sure. Upgrading bit by bit isn't bad but if you plan in the long run to go to a 16g theres no point in buying more now just to spend more later. I am still running a stock T25 without the boost solenoid taken out just so its less strain on the turbo and car. I have the rest of the mods and bit by bit im getting there but I don't see the point in getting a 14b then a 16g its just not cost efficient.
