I f***ed up. There was a bracket that was supposed at the end of the elbow. Yea well I found that out after. As I started to CRACK.! My intake manifold. Realizing wtf is going on. I stopped found it. Placed it in. Is there any saving this or can I epoxy, JB weld, anything. Also how bad is this to the vehicle say engine wise

I don’t think that would actually affect anything but you have a couple options depending on how much money and time you want to spend.
3.Leave it be.
2.Clean it up and put JB it.
1.Replace manifold.

I want to understand when the crack appeared -

You did - Not - have the bracket in place, and started threading the long bolt holding the TB and TB elbow onto the manifold, and the long bolt bottomed out in the end of the tap, and then cracked?

You then installed the bracket providing you a spacer on the long bolt to prevent it from bottoming out inside the tap?
