Broke both throttle adjuster screws- help

I wanted to tighten my throttle cable since it was idling at like 500rpm so I went to unloosen the 2 bolts that hold the throttle cable in place on top of the intake manifold.....and....both heads snapped off. So now the threaded parts are submerged into the holes with no way to grab them or get at them. I dont know what to do besides drill them out but then ill probably mess up the threading in the holes. Any ideas?

do you have pictures of this and did the bolts break or the cable break? im not quite undestanding it

I'm pretty sure he means the bolt broke in there, I suggest you go ahead and drill it out. I had a bolt break on my idle air control valve and I had to drill that out and it was fine......

Just drill it out. If it does screw up the threads then just rethread it or use some nuts and bolts.

do u have enoughspace for a drill in there? if so takem out with a drill-out from sears(make sure you use pb-blaster before drilling them out, spay the bolts with pb-blaster aLOT and i mean alot. for two three days

well in the case that the bolt broke id aggre with everybody and drill it out
