Brembo Emergency Brake setup on 1g

Just installing my brebos and trying ro figure out what i need as far as the backing plates or hubs or what exactly. Has anyone converted the ebrake off an evo to a 1g with brembos? thanks

And they are evo 9 brembos and i have access to all the evo parts just dont know what i need, will get pics up tomorrow.f

After previously looking into this it seems the consensus was that the time/effort wasn't worth the brake upgrade for the rears. If you are dead set on having matching front and rear brakes do some more researching. I know I ran across a theoretical how to, but I can't find it right now. Since the 1G doesn't use a hat and pad I believe you have to swap out the entire hub/caliper/rotor setup. Please don't take that as fact as I honestly lost interest when every set of Brembos I could find were either pink or outrageously expensive and the available front mounting brackets required tapping and trimming the calipers so I went with the 3kGT VR4 fronts and just painted the rears red.

I'm sure you looked into this more than I did before I started, but know that if your rims don't fit on an Evo 8/9 you'll probably need to get spacers or new rims. The pedal feel will also become soft (on the first pump, a second pump and they're solid) if you don't upgrade the brake booster and master cylinder.

Diagnostic you ever complete this install? I've been doing a lot of research and am just leaning towards additional cable Wilwood calipers for for emergency brakes with my Brembos.
