Emergency Brake Assembly

ok, heres my problem. When i bought the car about a year ago the emergency brake was not working so i finally got around to pulling off the rear rotor to see what the problem was, and to my suprise. No e-brake assembly at all in there all the parts had been removed. why?, who knows, but their was nothing not even the springs just the cable zip tied to the inside. The question i have is does anyone know if there is a place that sells the whole assembly as 1 piece. So i can buy it that way and install it easily or do i have to put all those little springs and everything involved together myself because that whould be such a pain. Don.t know alot about emergency brakes because i have never worked on them myself but i think i have done everything but that so it shouldnt be too hard, right?. any advice would be extremely helpful thanks.
