Bare with me here and my vaigue description. Upon making a turn *(left or right)* my emergency brake light will come on. Then when i straighten out from the turn my rear brakes will squeel until i accelerate over 30 mph or so. I'm dumb-founded.

For the first part, have you checked the fluid level in the brake master cylinder reservoir? If the fluid level is low, it will drop below the level sensor when making turns.
Second part, does it feel like the brakes are actually dragging? There are numerous things that can cause what might be described as "brake squeal"

i know this might not help much but in my 2g awd all brakes are disc.. but the e-brake ran off of drum shoes that were IN the rear disc.. i dont know if you have the same weird setup though..
