Breather tube missing....

My Eclipse has no tube on the little metal nipple that sticks out the left side of the engine.

where should this be connected to? I know it runs fine without it, but where should it rout to?

I'm assuming off the valve cover? It would be attached to either the intake pipe or to a catch can. It's not need and can be left open but may squirt oil every where. I would just put a short hose on it directing it to the bottom of the car

It connects to a nipple on your intake pipe.

IF you are talking about the one that is marked in the picture I attached then it the valve breather line.

It goes to the intake pipe for the turbo. Its been a while since I have seen a 4g63 set up with all the stock component, egr, purge solinoid charcoal canister etc. It might go to one of those component.

Yea, but that isnt a pic of my car...it was just an example. My 2g eclipse has a 1g head and a after market turbo. Thanks for the setup details tho. It just looks odd and oil isnt a good thing to spurt around for me...
