Brazing a battery box, pass NHRA tech?

I could get it all welded, but I won't be able to afford that before an upcoming meet and I really want to track the car.

I do have stainless threaded 3/8" rod, and 3/16" physically holding the box down (through the frame rail as NHRA indicates). I just need to "finish and seal up" the box. AFAIK, the box needs no/minimal structural integrity, only the tie down portion. I am pretty good at brazing with aluminum so...

I know it is not a NHRA certified box but I doubt tech will be that petty with how robust it is.

I would probably go overkill on braze and just grind it all down so it looks really smooth as if there was no joint.
