I want to install a BOV, but I have a couple questions first... 1. Any recommendations? I'm leaning toward HKS ssqv. 2. I want to do it right, so is there anything I need to do so its not running rich?

Engine is being built right now at Full Function. Looking for about 400 whp... So let me know whats out there for me... But what would I need other than the BOV, so my car doesn't run rich and I can vent into the amtosphere?

you need one thing its called maf setup,you need maf sensor and maf translator and if youll go 400+ then deff get TIAL blow off valve

I have the FMIC installed I was wondering if I can install the new BOV and MAF before I reach my horse power goals??

Since you have the UICP already, you'll just need to cut yours and get the reducers to fit the 3" gm-maf in there. You will also need to weld the proper flange for the new bov onto the UICP.


You could always go search for maft or blow thru if you'd like to learn more...

And, +1 for the Tial if going blow thru (which is the technical term for that setup that will allow you to properly vent)
