i just recently bought a 98 gst with the 4g63t. im very new to turbo set-up but learning pretty quickly. one question.... the bov that one the car has a rubber hose going from the bov to the intake pipe right after the mass air flow. can i take that off? i see alot of cars that do not have them on it... but a buddy told me not take it off that it would make it run badly. i would like to take it off just to be able to hear the bov a lil better but i dnt wanna mess up anything. its not the factory bov the idiot that had it before me put one on it off a nissan. thats going to be changed soon.

You can but you shouldnt. Your car will run pig rich and almost die in between shifts.
