bov placement with gm maf

Would I have any issues if I place my tial bov after the gm maf in a blow through configuration?

You'd be releasing metered air. So you'd still need to recirculate the bov.

Yes. It needs to before th gm in a blow through unles you have the tial that can be recirculated. When it blows off it will be releasing metered air to the atmosphere. Plus if its before it wont cause a vacuum issue, but you will still need to boost leak test fom the turbo foward.

It wouldn't even matter if he recirculate the air because you need recirculate back in after the maf not before so it would be the same as venting to the atmosphere unless its not set up for blow through. Just do the setup where the bov is before the gm maf sensor in the upper innercooler pipe.
