I bought the car and the boost guage never worked. I had some free time to take a look at it today and it seems to be all hooked up correct but its not working? Not sure what thet blue and white wire is? And there isint anything for it to clip into. I have attached pics.:aha:

As long as the line is hooked up to a vaccuum/boost source (intake manifold) then the guage should work. If it doesn't then the guage is bad. The wires are for the light in the guage. One is positive when keyed on and the other is a ground.

u have to plag the boost gauge the (T) house before the fuel pressure solenoid not after like u did man

should work now but if it doesnt than your gauge is broken :/

the wires you can run to your power and ground on the cd player if youd like.. the only bad thing is when you turn just your key on to listen to the radio itll light up.. mines like that cause i dont really care i dont just listen to my radio itself too often

that picture is awesome :applause:

haha that pic is awsome i did mine the same way to the cd player like inneed said i dont just sit in my car and listen to music unless its running so it doesnt matter to me LOL and i have a proshift tinted gauge so i want mine lit all the time whenever the car is on

hehe :D
np :)

and the for the gauge light conect the power to the lighter light power and the ground to some bolt and u will be ok :)
if u turn the parking lights on the gauge light turns on :D

Those wires are probably for lights, if you get the boost gauge to work, you can wire it ino one of the small dash lights wiring with some small wire splicers, then the lights will work the same as the dash lights, even the dimmer switch will dim it out.

just pull the vacum line off the back of the gauge and turn the car on. then put your thumb over the hole if you feel a vacum then it was hooked up right. if you dont then something is wrong. so in conclusion you feel vacum gauge is broken buy a new one.
