So ive spent most of today searching around for a up to date boost guage installation thread or website, the VFAQ doesnt work anymore cause the pictures are down for some reason... So i found that i need to tap to one of these cables and i think its the furthest one, but where in that hose should i tap?

You should tap that lines that comes off the intake manifold and goes to the fuel pressure regulator solenoid. That's the best place because you get the most accurate reading of whats going into your engine.

the BEST would be a separate single source to the boost gauge. That means tapping the manifold to to accept the gauge, many 1g guys do this with MAP sensor for SD setups. This would be overkill really for you.

I would take JStrateger advice and T the line to the FPR. I would say that is a fine source to read from. That was where I was getting mine for years until I redid my entire vacuum set up. The reason for this is because the line to the FPR is very short, only going through the fuel pressure solenoid. It is the shorted stock vacuum line.

goodluck

Not before the black solenoid thing? Shouldnt i just t into the hose straight out of the mani?

right where your finger is is where you should tap it. just note, i did the same way myself and on a hot startup you wont read vacuum pressure right away so dont be scared if you dont see anything as soon as you install it.
