RPM guage not working

My RPM gauge recently stopped working but all the other gauges still worked like the speedometer works fine. The gauge stays at 0 all the time so please help me.

Ignition Module? Or maybe wire running to ECU?

Check the plug on your coil pack 1st, take it off blow it off then maybe search from there.

Another information i forgot to include was.. sometimes when i step on it or "smash" , the rpm will shoot down when it hits past 6500 rpms. But right after goes back to normal. But now it does not work at all.
