ok my brother and I trader cars he has swaped a vr-4 engine in a 93 awd eagle talon and changed the clutch pedal out and ever since then the fuel guage has not been working it always reads full and i cant figure out how to fix it?

Check the wiring for the gauge. Might be disconnected or cut wire somewhere along the way to fuel pump assembly.
