Ok this is not the greatest thread but here I go. So I broke my act 2100 and need a new pressure plate. My friend has this mystery one that's blue and came with a 6 puck so it's deff stronger then stock. I offerd him 40 bucks for cause he pulled out of a car and does not know the brand or clamping force. I also need to get the car out of the garage so waiting till I can buy a new one is not an option. Does anyone know who makes blue pressure plates. Yes I googeld it and got nothing so I was guessing it was an old design. Any input would be helpful.

I didn't pick it up yet. But I'm using my flywheel? Why show picks of my flywheel? It's a fidanza

It's only 40$ and my car is infront of the emissions machine at work so I need it mobil for now also I need to buy a new clutch setup I'm not going act no more now that it broke under 1000 miles. I was using the color as a reference because I don't know the brand. If you would've read my post. I broke two fingers off my act 2100 and it left a sour tast in my mouth for them. I'm thnking of buying a southbend since I run a 7bolt.

Also I would take any ideas on what clutch I should chose. I'm shooting for 450whp on a Hx35 with a t3 housing. The 12cm or a bulls eye bolt on.

Just go with a Fidanza 4.3 setup.

So how do you know the blue plate is better than stock if you don't know it's clamping pressure WTF. Plates can be changed and even painted!

I'm using it for a temp fix doesn't anyone read all the post first. And who would paint a PP?

My RPS pressure plate is blue....although mine didn't come with a puck disc, it was a fiber OEM-looking disc.

If you look on eBay you'll find a rainbow of available pressure plate colors- I'm sure that's where yours originated.

I have a blue one from Ebay with a 6 pack clutch, I bought it long time ago.
It says Clutch Net on the 6 pack clutch, I bought the package all together.

Really how does that six pack taste? The word you are going for is puck. Like hockey puck. OP pressure plate does not say anything at all on it an it came out of a talon around 3-4 years ago so it could be anything.

clutch net makes blue pressure plates. they are about as good as ACT from the research me and a buddy did during our AWD swap. before the swap he was running clutch net pressure plate on a near 500hp FWD

Sorry about my spelling,
My Blue Pressure Plate has a letter (K) and on the opposite side has some number but can't see them well, I think is 0038, or 0036, or 0089 or something like that I am sure the first two numbers are 00, but can't figure out the last two number.
My set up was a little ruff because of my Fidanza Flywheel, I can't start slow I always had to be on 1500 or 2000 rpm to start, But once I change my flywheel with a light flywheel from Pre it felt like stock,
I don't know why but it was my experience.

My guess would be the latter.

In all my years of experience with selling and installing ClutchNet clutches, they've never made blue pressure plates. Green, yellow and red, are the 3 colors they offer for their different performance levels. Got any pictures of a blue clutchnet?
