Blown Trans

So over the weekend i was tuning the car. When shifting from 2nd to 3rd the trans went south on me. I parked to see whats going on, I am able to put it into gear but every time i pushed the clutch in i would hear some noise from the trans and when releasing the clutch i would get the same noise and no movement from the car. Tested 1st, 2nd and 3rd and all gave the same results. Took the trans off and clutch and pressure plate looks good and so does the TOB. So i when ahead and took the trans apart and to my surprise the gears all look good. So i don't really know what the issue hear is. I know i had o replace the syncris for first since i would pop out every now and then. Hear are some pics any input would be great.

And i will be taking the bearing off over the weekend to further inspect the syncros and hub since i need to fix that as well.

What does the clutch disk look like? Pics of the clutch disk please. I bet the splines are ripped off the disk from the pics of the input shaft.

I will go ahead and get some pics tonight but the clutch looked perectly fine.

I can't really tell anything from the pics. It's not hard to install new syncros, so that would be your first step since you've got it all apart. Make sure and inspect everything else, most of the time there is other wear besides the syncro rings themselves that makes shifting hard. The 1-2 shift is the main one that ends up giving problems, so make sure everything is perfect there for sure.

The splines on the clutch were all worned out. So I guess all I have 2 replace now is that and est gear syncro and possibly 1-2 hub
