ive got plenty of supporting mods blitz supersound atmosphere bov, short throw shifter, front mount intercooler, dejon upper blow through intercooler pipe, custom lower intercooler piping, turbo xs high performance manual boost controller, atmospheric 02 dumptube, custom air intake/k&n filter , 3 inch megan racing catback system, 3 inch megan racing stainless steel downpipe, sparktech Coil On Plug system, Ngk-bpr7es SS oil feed line, 1g jpipe, 1050cc FIC injectors, walbro 255 rewired, AEM AFPR w/ turbo smart gauge, 23 psi tuned on Dsmlink running a evo III 16g, cars ruuning 8.4 at the track 1/8 mile, wanting some more power, dont want to do internals yet but was just curious which turbo i should go to, eventually id like a 42r but im sure my internals wouldnt handle that?

Lots of people have larger turbos on 7 bolts depends on your goals, and how big your talking about, get a 18g, or a 20g a fp turbo, a holset lots of options, over a evo turbo.

The 7 bolt bottom end has been pushed quite as bit, but i wouldn't go for more than 400 -450 at the most. You are looking at a 50 trim or 20g.

Im gettin a MHI 20G for my 6bolt. Not sure about the 7 bolt but the 6 bolt has been pushed to over 600 AWHP. But as above have said 4 to 450 is good. After that you need some seriouse mods to support that large of a turbo

Hy35 is my bet, you could go bigger but why? It has fast spool and should support what you want. Fast as in 16g spool

Any turbo you want really. Depending how much boost you go. For instance I have a PTE 62/62 if running pump gas i can make 460-480whp. So I mean run any turbo you want just tune for no knock and hope it doesn't blow. It's really 50/50. Stock motor I would just stick with 16g.

I would just get a 20g MHI turbo. By the way the people who get it to run 450+ hp on stock block have a REALLY good tune! So you better give yourself an excellent tune or just do it the right way and build it up so you won't have to worry about blowing your motor.

No, you are going to ay 1k+ for a brand new mhi 20g. You can upgrade your 16g to a 20g for less than half the price.

Shoot pj91gsx in the freelancer section a message. He can upgrade your 16g to a 20g or just build you a 20g. My boy marmacn804 is running one and due to some issues with the head on the car boost is set @ 10psi and he only runs it up to about 6k and it pulls hard as hell. Hes in northern VA so thats another + with you being in VA also.
