I have recently bought a big 16G Turbo and I was wandering if it was ok to run it on stock Innercooler. My mods are intake K&N fillter 2.5 in exhaust from downpipe high flow cat and fuel pump.

Thanks

You could use it with the stock IC, but don't boost more than 15psi or the IC will heat soak quickly. You can take your stock fog lamp off for better air flow, also, you can trim some of the black plastic on the splash shield and right before the IC for more air flow. Clean your IC while your at it if that hasn't been done yet. http://www.myzero.com/misc/cooler.html

It is recomended though to get a larger IC because of the fact that it will heat soak quickly with long WOT runs.
