I have used vacuum caps (that rot up quickly) and hose with bolts in the end (which looks terrible in my opinion). I was just looking for some input of what everyone is using to block off ports on the thermostat housing that are no longer used, but still see coolant. Does anyone make an antifreeze/water/heat resistant vacuum cap?

Take off the housing, heat it with a torch around the nipples, and then pull them out. Thread the hole with an NPT tap and then you can use a plug or any fitting you want.
