Best valvesprings for comp 272 cams

Hi everyone,

I want to know what kind of valve springs are good to use with a set of comp 272 cams? My goal is 8-9k rpm rev limit. I would like springs that don't require machining new seats.

I get a pretty good deal on Manley if your interested.

I install BC springs all the time, I have had good luck with them.

9k rpm is over reving the comp 272 cams

Kiggley or Manley singles if you're keeping it under 9k and 25psi. Over that, go with Manley duals.

thanks guys I am going to choose Manley singles with titanium retainers. I also looked up the cams rev limits and I will keep my limit at 7500rpm. thanks again

So manley springs are that good? because it's really inexpensive and I've been trying to look at reviews about them. I know guys running the same springs and love it so just getting you guys thoughts.

Depends whether you're referring to the singles or the duals. Both work exceptionally well, given the proper application.

I have been running supertech beehives they are new I think, but real good for me. The only difference is I have kelford 272.
